Bar Ferdinando is the fourth Brooklyn restaurant from Chef Sal Lamboglia and managing partner Giovanna Cucolo , since 2022. This is an exciting new opening in the heart of Carroll Gardens—rooted in integrity, generosity, and kindness.
We are hands-on owners who work alongside our team every day, committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented workplace. Our goal is to provide meaningful work experiences, balanced schedules, and opportunities to grow with us.
We are currently looking for a morning Baker for our kitchen team. This concept will focus on high-quality, house-made food presented thoughtfully.
Lunchtime Cafe: Sandwiches made with fresh, in-house baked bread, small plates, salads, and a selection of daily-made pastries.
Evening & Bar: We will be serving food all day in addition to our evening cocktail menu, snacks, and desserts at night.
