From our taproom in Honolulu to our growing distribution across Hawai‘i and abroad, we’re expanding quickly and investing heavily in our production capabilities. As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Brewer to help us maintain consistency, quality, and operational excellence across a growing portfolio of beers.

We are a well-capitalized, independently operated brewery focused on long-term sustainability, thoughtful growth, and building a strong internal team.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Brewer to join our production team in Honolulu. This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked in a high-volume production environment and understands the discipline required to brew consistent beer at scale.

You’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day brewing and cellar operations, working closely with the Brewmaster, Packaging & Quality teams, and operations leadership to ensure every batch meets our standards for quality, efficiency, and repeatability. This role is ideal for a brewer who takes pride in clean processes, tight fermentation control, and working as part of a collaborative production team.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute all brewhouse operations including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and wort transfer.
  • Manage fermentation and cellar operations including yeast handling, dry hopping, fining, transfers, carbonation, and tank scheduling.
  • Perform CIP/SIP procedures and maintain strict sanitation standards.
  • Monitor fermentation performance and proactively address issues.
  • Maintain accurate production, fermentation, and QA/QC records.
  • Assist with raw material handling, inventory management, and receiving.
  • Support packaging operations as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Collaborate with Packaging & Quality to ensure beers are release-ready.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, yield optimization, and efficiency gains. Follow all safety, regulatory, and SOP requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of professional brewing experience at a production brewery; strong preference for candidates from 10,000+ BBL facilities.
  • Proven experience running brewhouse and cellar operations independently.
  • Strong understanding of fermentation management, yeast health, and quality fundamentals.
  • Experience working within structured SOPs and production schedules.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting pumps, valves, and process equipment.
  • Familiarity with brewery management software (Ekos or similar).
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs and work safely in a production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and documentation.
  • Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills.
