Job Description

Stratford Davis is actively growing its remote sales team and is seeking driven individuals who are ready to build a meaningful and financially rewarding career. This opportunity allows you to work from home while helping clients make important decisions about their financial protection and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest
  • Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs
  • Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities
  • Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
  • Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing
  • Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms
  • Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if needed
