job summary:
Construction Manager contract opportunity located at Fort Campbell, KY, with a focus on lighting and building controls projects. In this position, you will support the Project Manager by directing site operations and coordinating diverse construction teams. You will ensure that all technical goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in delivering lighting and building control installations on schedule and within budget.
- Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary crews, contractors, and suppliers to ensure peak performance and project alignment.
- Monitor labor, materials, and project modifications while conducting thorough scope and estimate reviews.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure consistent, high-quality installations.
- Manage consultants and technical documentation to ensure project milestones progress according to prescribed site plans.
Requirements: - Approximately 5 or more years of construction management experience with a background in leading diverse field teams.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical schematics, engineering periodicals, and government regulations.
- Polished verbal and written skills for presenting technical information to managers, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated documentation skills with expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to manage various disciplines and skill sets across a broad range of experience levels.
