We are seeking a Contact Center Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
Assist customers with product selection and order placement
Resolve customer issues and provide timely follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems a plus)
Ability to work independently
Monday–Friday
Occasional weekends during peak seasons
$17 – $21/hr
