Cummins SEP Production Associate

We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who are comfortable with hand and power tools and machine operation.

Cummins SEP Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Operating & monitoring various machinery & equipment on the production line.
• Performing detailed assembly tasks with accuracy & efficiency.
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
• Adhering to production schedules & contributing to timely output.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, & organized work environment in compliance with all safety protocols.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals & continuous improvement.
• Embracing new technologies & processes in a forward-thinking workplace. 
• Actively participating in a company culture that values diversity & inclusion.

Cummins SEP Production Associate Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, & lift as required in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail & a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
• Reliability adherence to attendance policies.
• Prior Machine Operating, Assembly & Production line worker experience
• Successful completion of medical physical & Post Offer Employment Test

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
