Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry and administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely data management.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain and organize electronic and paper files to ensure data integrity
Assist in generating reports and summaries as required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security of information
Perform routine data quality checks and audits

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Administrator or in a similar role
Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus

Experience:
Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles
