Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry and possess strong organizational skills to accurately input and manage data.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems
Verify and update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
Perform routine data quality checks and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
