Title: Dental Assistant

Location: Centennial, CO

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant with strong clinical skills and a passion for integrative, patient-first care to join our team. What You’ll Do:

  • Support advanced biological and functional dental procedures with excellence and efficiency
  • Perform digital scanning, design and mill chairside restorations, and assist with cementation of indirect restorations
  • Set up procedures, maintain sterilization protocols, and follow OSHA compliance standards
  • Assist with surgical procedures and post-operative care
  • Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance
  • Communicate clearly with patients and the care team to ensure a positive, seamless experience
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and adaptability to a fast-growing clinic environment
  • Assist with the development of systems and optimize workflows as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Active State Dental Board license required
  • Extensive hands-on experience with:
  • Digital scanning, indirect restoration design, and chairside milling
  • Cementation of indirect restorations and composite placement
  • Removable appliance delivery, post-op surgical appointments, and surgical assisting
  • Autoclave, Digital X-ray machines, CBCT, ultrasonic scaler, intraoral camera, intraoral scanning, analog impression taking, procedure setup, and sterilization protocols
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, including equipment maintenance, infection control, and clinical compliance
  • Experience with clinical supply budgeting and ordering
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to a dynamic schedule
  • Demonstrates unwavering integrity, empathy, and accountability in patient care and team collaboration
