Central Pennsylvania Dental Openings near Harrisburg, PA

• Permanent positions 2 dental openings available.
• Relocation to the area is required.
• FQHC setting Federally qualified health center
• Community health center outpatient model
• No call required. Must be comfortable seeing adults and children both.
• Monday Friday with no weekends. Hours are 8 am 5:00 pm.
• Group is open to candidates who want to work 40 hours a week or 32 hours per week.
• Group can offer a 4-day work week (32 clinical hours). Possibility to offer four ten-hour days in the future as group is considering this option too.
• Average around 18 patients per day.
• Group does bread and butter dentistry Preventative Dental Services.
• Exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and some root canals based on the comfort of the dentist.
• Group does not currently offer Dentures, Crowns or Inserts. More complex extractions and root canals are referred out
• ECW E-clinical Works EMR
• Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1B visa holders.
• Salary range is $165,000 - $170,000 for a new dentist and $185,000 for experienced . No bonus system currently.
• Full benefits including paid PTO. CME budget and CME time off - 40 hours a year. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 403B retirement.
• Relocation or sign on bonus is negotiable.
• Several academic partnerships within the group
• Located 25 minutes to Harrisburg, PA, 3 hours to Pittsburgh, PA and 2 hours to Philadelphia, PA.
• PA dental licensed, BLS and DEA required.
