Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to work alongside us in reaching out to possible clients who are in need of any Home Improvement services. This job is open for those who are experienced and those who are willing to learn and build their skills in this field of work. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods to introduce our products and services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive your success as you generate new business opportunities through personalized outreach. This paid position offers a fantastic chance to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in local communities. You will as well be rewarded for acquiring new business opportunities with each new contract or deal that is made starting with a commission of 8% on each sale you made. Once you are ready with the knowledge of the product and services in which we offer, we will also provide a vehicle if needed and pay for gas so that you can travel into different areas in which we provide services. (PA, NY, NJ, CT)

For those who are less experienced in this field we are offering to pay for courses to train and build on communication and negotiating skills. We wish for those who are willing to learn and be trained in this field to make use of these new skills in order to grow the business and to increase our reach within the communities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective customers, presenting our products and services with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to demonstrate how our solutions can add value to their lives or businesses
  • Build strong relationships through warm calling and effective communication, turning initial contacts into long-term clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing customer questions and overcoming objections with professionalism
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that maximize engagement and sales opportunities
  • Follow up with potential clients via outbound calling and telemarketing techniques to nurture leads and expand the customer base

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities effectively
  • Customer service mindset with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude throughout daily outreach efforts
  • Prior experience or knowledge in the field of home improvement is a plus but not required; training will be provided for product knowledge.
