About the Role:

Join Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness as a Fitness Trainer, where you’ll inspire and empower our members to achieve their fitness goals. Be part of a supportive community in Grand Junction, CO, that values health, wellness, and fun!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout programs for members.
• Lead engaging group fitness classes that motivate and energize participants.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help members stay committed to their fitness journeys.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment in accordance with company standards.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance member experience.
• Assist with membership retention through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
• Monitor member progress and adjust fitness plans as needed to ensure success.
• Promote a positive and inclusive gym culture that welcomes everyone.

Requirements:

• Certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor with a recognized certification.
• Previous experience in a fitness training role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members.
• Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
