Our client is a fast-growing inbound B2B tour operator specializing in custom group travel across Canada and the United States for French-speaking European clients. Founded in 2021 by industry veterans with over 25 years of experience, the company operates as a boutique DMC focused on high-quality, tailored travel programs. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, our client partners with European tour operators to design and deliver customized travel experiences throughout North America, emphasizing flexibility, quality service, and a personalized approach.

Salary:
$45,000 – $60,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) + annual performance-based bonus

Job Summary:
Production Manager role responsible for designing, developing, pricing, and managing customized travel product offerings across Canada and the United States. This position works directly with company founders to build tailored B2B travel programs for European tour operator partners, combining product development, supplier sourcing, pricing strategy, and light operational support in a fast-paced, boutique travel environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and update annual travel product offerings for Canada and the U.S. based on market demand and client expectations
• Research, source, and negotiate with suppliers (hotels, transportation, activities, guides, restaurants, etc.) to ensure quality, uniqueness, and competitive pricing
• Build customized itineraries for European tour operator clients
• Develop program descriptions (primarily in French) and client-facing materials
• Prepare detailed pricing, quotes, and proposals with strong attention to margins and profitability
• Support operations with logistical follow-up for confirmed bookings
• Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and tourism partners across North America
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and market positioning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a structured, analytical, or client-facing role
• Travel industry experience (DMC, tour operator, travel advisor, product manager) is a plus but not required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and numerical analysis
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with high-end, demanding clients
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong knowledge of North American geography and travel destinations preferred
