Fundraising Coordinator
$52,000-$58,000/year| Full-time, 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: Wesley Willows | Rockford, IL

What You’ll Do

  • Support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship initiatives, and annual giving efforts
  • Maintain donor records and communications, process gifts, and manage donor data in fundraising systems
  • Coordinate fundraising events, donor receptions, community outreach activities, and resident engagement programs
  • Manage event logistics, registrations, sponsorship tracking, vendor coordination, and event materials
  • Build and strengthen relationships with residents, families, donors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, social media content, and other advancement communications
  • Provide administrative support through scheduling, reporting, meeting coordination, and department operations

What You’ll Need

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)
  • Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative, fundraising, event planning, customer service, or nonprofit experience preferred
  • Experience working with donor databases or CRM systems preferred
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, nonprofit, or hospitality environments is a plus
