Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support production and packaging operations. This role involves assembling small plastic components, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to assigned tasks
• Assemble small plastic components to produce contact-lens cleaning cups
• Perform visual inspections during assembly to identify defects
• Report any product issues to a supervisor or Quality team immediately
• Ensure correct components and lot numbers are used during production
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency to meet production goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly line experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and match numbers accurately
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for assembly tasks
• Good close vision and depth perception
