Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (including bootcamps and internships)
• Current role as a front-end developer or recent graduate with pertinent projects or experience
• 2 – 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Developing understanding of front-end best practices, responsive design, and basic accessibility standards
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with React or Angular
• Basic understanding of software testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong instincts for UI/UX with the capacity to make effective design choices without formal mockups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a team setting

• Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React)
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and product team members to transform ideas into mockups and functional components
• Gradually take on greater responsibility, moving from bug fixes and minor enhancements to owning complete product features
• Engage in code reviews and participate in planning meetings alongside Senior Engineers
