Up and coming NYC bagel company seeking kitchen staff (no bagel experience required!).
We’re building a high-volume bagel operation doing farmers markets, events, and grocery. We focus on producing a lot of excellent bagels, not delicate pastry work.If you’ve worked in a kitchen (or can keep up and learn fast!), you’ll do well here.
Pay: $21–$29/hr depending on experience. Senior staff: $25+. Paid weekly, always on time.The work:
Experience needed: Baking, line cook, or general BOH experience! If not, then you've got enthusiasm, a good attitude, and are a quick learner. No pastry experience needed — this is a mix of baking, line cook, and general production.
Location : Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, right off the A/C. Large commercial kitchen, good equipment.
Schedule : 1-2 full-time positions available. 1-2 part-time positions (15+ hrs) available. Early mornings required most weekends. ~3am start Saturday, ~4am start on Sunday. We will reimburse some or all of your Uber/Lyft cost if needed.
Start date: ASAP! 2 week trial period.
