Role Summary
Seeking a 10+ year experienced US-based Business / Process Analyst with strong Personal / Auto / Home insurance expertise and proven experience leading teams and driving delivery to support a legacy policy rewrite & automation initiative using UiPath.
The role focuses on understanding current-state legacy processes, defining rewrite steps, and translating business needs into clear requirements while working closely with client business teams, leadership, and RPA delivery teams .
