Job Title: Legal Operations Manager
Department: In-House Legal Department
Location: Scottsdale Headquarters,4 days onsite, 1 remote
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary
Legal Operations Manager supports the Legal Department, playing a critical role in optimizing the operations of our in-house legal department. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in legal operations and familiarity with Legal Tracker or equivalent legal management software. The successful candidate will streamline processes, manage budgets, implement technology solutions to support our legal team and enhance our department's efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient legal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of Legal Tracker or equivalent software to ensure effective matter management, billing, and reporting.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the legal department's budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external legal service providers, including negotiating rates and evaluating performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze legal data to provide insights and recommendations for improving department performance and decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead and manage legal projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Support compliance initiatives and risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal team members and other departments to ensure alignment and support for legal initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. 
• 5+ years proven experience in legal operations, preferably within an in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with Legal Tracker or equivalent legal management and ebilling software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position.
