Location: Bali, Indonesia (On-site only)

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Join us in Bali to drive marketing initiatives for our portfolio companies. This role is for creative and data-driven marketers who want to build and scale marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will work on everything from brand strategy and content creation to performance marketing and analytics, gaining comprehensive experience in how high-growth companies build their brand and acquire customers.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Create compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, and social media updates.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and understand target audiences.
• Heavily utilize AI tools for market analysis, generating marketing copy, creating visual assets, and automating campaign management.

Role-relevant skills

• Creative:  Think outside the box to develop unique, compelling campaigns that capture attention.
• Detail-Oriented:  Ensure accuracy in every aspect of marketing materials, from copy to design, for consistency and quality.
• Communicative:  Articulate ideas clearly and effectively to connect with diverse audiences, stakeholders, and team members.
• Engaging : Proactively invite and motivate others to participate in campaigns, driving active involvement and brand growth.
• Proficiency with  Canva  is a huge plus!

Learning Outcomes

You will gain practical experience in your field, learn to leverage AI tools to scale operations, and develop a deep understanding of how high-growth organizations build and manage teams. You will learn to think strategically, manage multiple stakeholders, and develop systems that drive operational efficiency. This experience will position you for roles at startups, venture-backed companies, and growth-stage organizations.

Important Note:  This is an unpaid internship. We do not cover accommodation, visa, or flights. What we offer is the opportunity to build practical skills, free lunch, work on real business challenges, and gain experience in a high-growth environment.

Relocation: Mandatory relocation to Bali, Indonesia. No remote options available.
