Hybrid work model: 2/3 days per week onsite in Long Island City
Base salary from $120000-$145000.

Master Data Governance Manager Responsibilities: - Responsible for owning enterprise master data standards ensure master data integrity across divisions and define data conversion logic between legacy ERP systems and Infor M3 CloudSuite.
- Work closely with business users and implementation partners to prepare cleanse transform and validate data to ensure optimal conditions for ERP migration and ongoing data entry at the corporate level.
- Own data mapping and conversion logic between legacy ERP platforms and Infor M3 CloudSuite
- Define and enforce corporate master data standards for product style color vendor customer and reference data.
- Establish naming conventions coding structures and attribute requirements.
- Lead data cleansing transformation and validation activities for each migration wave.
- Partner with consultants and business teams to execute data extraction transformation and loading cycles.
- Monitor master data quality metrics and implement controls to sustain data integrity.
- Provide guidance and training to business users on master data standards and data entry practices.
- Serve as corporate authority for master data readiness prior to ERP go-lives.
Skills: - Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data.
- Experience working with external consultants and internal business stakeholders.
- Ability to drive enterprise standards across decentralized organizations.
- 5 years of experience in ERP master data management data governance or data conversion.
- Proven experience defining data mapping and conversion logic in ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP master data management data governance or data conversion.
- Proven experience defining data mapping and conversion logic in ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of product and merchandising master data.
- Experience working with external consultants and internal business stakeholders.
- Ability to drive enterprise standards across decentralized organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infor M3 or Infor CloudSuite.
- Retail footwear or apparel industry experience.
- Familiarity with data migration methodologies and tools.
