Job Description

: Merchandising Floor Associate This position is responsible for overall Outlet appearance through appealing displays which enhances the sales experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Arranges attractive room settings at direction of visual merchandisers, merchandise leads and merchandise management.
  • Relays showroom related issues to merchandise management.
  • Moves and assembles merchandise (includes picture display, merchandise packaging,).
  • Protects company assets through management of Outlet floor.
  • Patches and paints when needed especially when pictures are moved and replaces lightbulbs as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Must have knowledge of:
  • Basic understanding of moving equipment utilized in the Outlet Center.
  • Excellent understanding of safety policy and practices.
  • Use of small hand tools, hand trucks and ladders.
  • Use two-wheel hand truck, four-wheel dolly, furniture glides, pallet jack, power tools, gloves, box cutters and ladder.
Education & Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience
  • Preferred 1 year experience in retail and/or merchandising experience.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers, managers, and other associates.
  • Excellent team player, courteous and helpful with coworkers, contributes to a positive work environment.
