The Opportunity

This onsite role sits at the intersection of purchasing, vendor management, and land development — keeping contracts, compliance, and trade relationships running smoothly across active construction projects. You'll work closely with Purchasing Agents and internal departments to manage the full contract lifecycle and support Land Development initiatives. Your attention to detail and JDE expertise will have a direct, measurable impact on project execution every day.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support Purchasing Agents with all contracting needs, from trade applications through vendor setup
• Obtain and track contracts, insurance documents, and business licenses to ensure vendor compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
• Use JDE to manage purchasing databases and collaborate with the accounting department
• Negotiate and resolve contract changes, price adjustments, and change orders
• Communicate product and pricing updates to Construction, Customer Care, and other internal teams
• Prepare and submit change order requests for Land Development projects
• Assist with budget revision requests for Land Development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in contract administration and vendor management
• Strong working knowledge of JDE
• Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment
