Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms.
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities, proposing suitable solutions.
Promote properties through various marketing channels, ensuring maximum exposure to potential buyers.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
