We are seeking a qualified and experienced Employee Health & Infection Prevention Registered Nurse to support workplace health initiatives and infection control programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting employee safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing the spread of infectious diseases within the healthcare environment.

• Oversee and manage employee health programs, including screenings, immunizations, and exposure follow-ups
• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures
• Conduct surveillance and reporting of infectious diseases and workplace exposures
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide education and training to staff on infection control practices and employee health standards
• Investigate and manage occupational health incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee health and infection prevention

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in employee health, occupational health, or infection prevention
• Strong knowledge of infection control standards and healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• No holiday coverage required
• Not a bilingual-required position
