Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process guest payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

**Requirements:

-A minimum of 1yr of server experience required (full-service restaurant)

-Experience in a full-service, upscale casual restaurant or an equivalent service environment preferred

-Must be over 21
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Willingness to help out with bussing tables or other tasks as needed
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures

-Be of legal age to serve alcohol

-Food service certificates (basset, food handler)
