Position Overview:
As a Server at FARMSHOP, you'll embody our commitment to exceptional hospitality. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, you'll greet guests, guide them through our menus, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction with every interaction. Collaborating closely with our kitchen and bar teams, you'll contribute to the seamless flow of service while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, following proper serving etiquette and presentation standards.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and promptly address any concerns or requests.
Monitor tables for additional needs, such as drink refills or dessert orders, and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of food and beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
