Job Description

Hugh White Lancaster is looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is about building a brand, not running ads. We want someone who can define and execute a content strategy that strengthens our online presence and reputation on major social media platforms by telling the authentic story of who we are: our people, our expertise, and our place in this community. Our social profiles exist, but this person will largely be building from the ground up. If that excites you, we want to talk. Who We Are At Hugh White Auto Family, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Happy employees make happy customers, and we reward individuals who are ready to work hard and stay motivated. Every employee at Hugh White Auto Family is absolutely critical to its success and we're always looking for smart, engaging, creative and dynamic people who want to join a team where they matter. Our goal is to exceed a client's total expectation when they arrive at our dealership, so we realize we must first provide that level of investment to our employees through continual training, career development and opportunities for growth. Your professional development is one of our top priorities. That's why we're proud to offer our staff members a comprehensive benefits package, competitive compensation plans, and abounding avenues to grow your career with us! What We Offer Full-time employees are eligible for our full benefits package, including:

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a social media content strategy focused on brand building, community engagement, and online reputation
  • Create and publish engaging original content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate with department managers for content creation, scheduling around busy periods to minimize disruption
  • Develop content that showcases our team's expertise and builds trust with our audience
  • Help tell the story of our community involvement in a way that feels genuine
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects our culture and values
  • Monitor and respond to comments and reviews across platforms in a timely, professional manner
  • Deliver monthly performance reports
Qualifications
  • Education in marketing or a related field is a plus, but proven results speak just as loudly
  • Demonstrated ability to grow social media audiences and build engaged communities
  • Strong understanding of effective social media strategy
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work across departments and with various personalities
  • Must be available on-site at our Lancaster location during business hours for content capture and team collaboration

Schedule & Compensation We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements depending on the right fit. If you're an experienced content creator looking for a consistent, meaningful role to complement your existing work, that works for us. What matters most is the results you bring.
