Job Title: Nurse Educator Profession: RN Specialty: Nursing Inservice Education Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 7.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Perioperative background required; additional 2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred License: Client RN License Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: - Master's in Education - Solid clinical background - Two years of Med/Surg experience - Clinical expertise in nursing Description: We are seeking a Nurse Educator for a nursing education role. The candidate must have a Master's degree in Education. A minimum of two years of Perioperative experience is required. A solid clinical background is essential for this position. The role requires expertise in Med/Surg nursing. Candidates must possess a Client RN License and AHA BLS certification. This position involves teaching and developing educational programs for nursing staff. The schedule operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. The educator will play a key role in enhancing clinical skills among nursing staff.
