We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a local company in Winona, MN. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. **Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm **
*Occasional 2nd shift coverage and Saturday OT as needed.*
Pay: $24-$26/hour
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including staffing, training, and employee development.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities within the assigned area or shift to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Provide ongoing operational analysis and insights to support recommendations for process improvements, system upgrades, and new initiatives that align with business needs.
Supervise warehouse staff and manage the day-to-day operations across all warehouse areas.
Monitor equipment usage and maintenance while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies, and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
