Lititz – PRN/Casual Certified Nursing Assistant

We’re currently seeking dedicated CNAs for our skilled nursing Healthcare Center at Luther Acres (Lititz, PA) on a casual basis. We understand that flexibility is important, so we’ve designed a casual/PRN CNA opportunity that offers two unique tiers with premium compensation, letting you choose what works best for your lifestyle. Details of the casual/PRN positions are listed below:  

Tier 1 :  

-Paid Premium Rate  

- 2 shifts per month  

- 1 Holiday per year  

-Includes:  

Shift/Weekend Differentials  

Holiday Pay  

Tier 2 (Priority Scheduling) :  

- Paid Premium Plus Rate. Highest PRN hourly rate offered; ideal for highly flexible, experienced CNAs.  

- 4 shifts per month  

- 2 Holidays per year  

-Includes:  

Shift/Weekend Differentials  

Holiday Pay

WHAT YOU DO:  

As a CNA at Luther Acres, you’re an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well-being. You’ll do this in several ways, including: 

1. Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician. 
2. Talking with residents to observe their symptoms and conditions and relaying this information to the clinical care team. 
3. Assisting Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for our residents. 
4. Taking care of residents’ day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. 

Qualifications/Requirements:  

1. Current enrollment on The Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry or completion of approved training with competency evaluation.
