Position Overview

We are seeking a highenergy Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory in Western NC and Upstate SC with a primary base in the Greenville SC area. This is a fieldbased sales role focused on building longterm client relationships identifying new opportunities and delivering customized personnel door opening solutions.

The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands industrial medical & commercial environments who enjoys owning their territory like a business and is motivated by performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and market share
• Manage existing accounts while actively prospecting for new customers
• Sell personnel door opening equipment and related solutions to:
• Manufacturing facilities
• Distribution and fulfillment centers
• Pharmaceutical and foodgrade facilities
• Medical & Nursing Facilities
• Commercial End-User Facilities
• Corporate and national accounts
• Conduct onsite facility evaluations and recommend tailored solutions
• Prepare materials takeoffs quotes proposals and project scopes using CRM and workorder software
• Collaborate with operations service and project management teams to ensure smooth execution
• Build strong relationships with decisionmakers and facility leaders
• Stay current on product offerings safety standards and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Self Starter and competitive
• Strong drive ambition and accountability
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Excellent organization time management and territory planning skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic sales technology

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B or industrial sales experience
• Experience selling personnel type doors frames storefronts automatic swinging and sliding doors and all types of commercial finish hardware.
• Local or regional territory management experience in the Western NC or Upstate SC Area
• Prospecting and coldcalling experience
• Familiarity with proposal CRM or workorder software
