Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, learn what they are experiencing, and help them work through mental health concerns with practical, clinically appropriate care. Your work will include intake sessions, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, progress tracking, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually and provide therapy that gives them space to talk through what they are carrying.
• Get to know each client’s history, current concerns, strengths, and goals through thoughtful intake sessions.
• Help clients make sense of patterns affecting their mood, relationships, stress, or daily functioning.
• Create treatment plans that are practical, realistic, and built around what the client wants to work on.
• Support clients as they build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and make manageable changes.
• Keep progress notes clear, accurate, and completed in a timely manner.
• Notice when a client may need extra support and follow the right safety or referral steps.
• Maintain a professional, private, and respectful telehealth environment for every session.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in good standing.
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services.
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
