We are seeking an accomplished business leader with years of experience in business development, account retention, recruiting, training, and management experience.

Must have work experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry

Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in prospecting, managing, and developing relationships with business owners, while executing sales strategies to obtain job orders and exceed monthly goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sole responsibility is to obtain new job orders for recruiters to fill
Perform outbound calls to key decision makers, build the relationship, follow up consistently, and obtain job order to staff for their company.
Manage multiple accounts effortlessly
Develop professional relationships with all key points of contact
Advancement opportunity to VP based on performance, not seniority

Start Up Experience
Excellent leadership skills
Compelling and articulate speakers that project confidence and enthusiasm
High energy, goal oriented, self-starter who prides themselves on performance
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and prioritize workload
Experience selling to C Level Executives
Success as a sales hunter, opening up exciting new relationships with major accounts.
Exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, strong integrity, and drive to succeed
Track record of consistent overachievement
Comfortable and productive working at home
