About Us

Willowood Ventures is an automotive marketing company that runs Facebook Sales Events for franchise car dealerships across the U.S. We handle everything from ad creative and targeting to a 24/7 US-based BDC team, appointment generation, and post-event reporting. We're a small, fast-moving team led by people with real dealership experience, not a generic agency that learned about cars from a textbook.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can own the day-to-day execution of our clients' social media sales events from the ad side. You'll be the person making sure campaigns are performing, creatives are fresh, budgets are dialed in, and clients are hitting their appointment goals. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. Events move fast, and you need to be watching performance and making adjustments in real time.

What You'll Be Doing

Building and managing ad campaigns in Meta Business Manager for multiple dealership clients simultaneously. Monitoring campaign performance daily and swapping out or adjusting creatives when results start to dip. Managing and reallocating ad budgets based on what's actually working. Tracking internal appointment count goals for each client and flagging issues before they become problems. Staying in close communication with our BDC team and keeping clients in the loop as their events unfold. Proofreading all ad copy and creative content for accuracy before it goes live. Keeping everything organized across spreadsheets and project management tools.

What We Need From You

Hands-on experience with Meta's ad platform, not just boosted posts, but actual campaign builds with custom audiences, budget optimization, the whole thing. Experience managing significant ad spend (we're not talking $50/day campaigns here). A working knowledge of AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. If you're already using them to speed up your workflow, that's exactly what we want. Solid spreadsheet skills. Notion experience is a plus. The ability to juggle multiple clients and events without letting things slip through the cracks. Strong communication skills, both with our internal team and directly with dealership clients.

Compensation and Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor position paying $60,000 per year. As an independent contractor, you will not receive traditional W-2 employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or employer tax withholding. You are responsible for your own taxes, self-employment obligations, and any personal insurance coverage.

You must have your own computer or laptop. There is no rigid 9-to-5 schedule. You work when the job demands it, and in this business, events don't always stick to banker's hours. If you need a set schedule with clear start and stop times, this probably isn't the right fit.
