Job Description

*Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates Jacksonville, FL area for warehouse tasks. This position involves manual unloading containers of product and palletizing them in the warehouse, requiring the ability to lift 20-50lbs regularly

Shift - Full Time 5 Days a week 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Occasional overtime during peak season)

**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift 40-70 pounds regularly (using dolly when necessary)
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Must live locally to the Jacksonville, FL area.

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Work efficiently to maximize earnings
- Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities

**Benefits:**
- Starting pay of $18.00-$25.00 per hour - Pay is based on weekly productivity metrics set by the client. While you'd never earn less than $18/hour, we expect the average unloader to be earning at a $24/hour rate.
